Minty & brightVirgin Mojito
Fresh mint, lime, homemade simple syrup, and sparkling water make a crisp zero-proof mojito for sharing.
This virgin mojito is all about fresh mint, bright lime, and lively bubbles. Jugero’s measured simple syrup blends cleanly into the citrus, while gently muddled mint releases its aroma without turning bitter. Build the drink in a pitcher for a gathering or muddle each glass for a more fragrant single serve.
Muddle gently
Press the mint just enough to release its oils. Crushing it into a paste can make the drink taste grassy, so use a light hand and add the club soda at the end.
Make it yours.
Little tweaks, your kind of delicious.
Blend until silky; strain if you like.
Top with chilled sparkling water just before serving.
