Monster party pickMonster Mash Agua Fresca
A bright watermelon-lime agua fresca with a playful kiwi monster-eye garnish, fresh mint, and just enough agave.
Monster Mash Agua Fresca brings juicy watermelon, fresh lime, and cool mint together in a cheerful pink Halloween pitcher. A small pinch of salt rounds out the melon, while a kiwi-and-blueberry “monster eye” garnish makes each glass party-ready. Blend it smooth, strain if you like, and serve over plenty of ice.
Make the monster eyes
Cut a kiwi into four thick rounds and press one blueberry into the center of each slice. Rest one on the rim of each glass just before serving. It is an easy, edible decoration that keeps the drink playful instead of spooky-scary.
Make it yours.
Little tweaks, your kind of delicious.
Blend until silky; strain if you like.
Top with chilled sparkling water just before serving.
